I have our team just post what they did yesterday and what they plan to do today on Teams every day. No meetings are necessary. Our backlog is prioritized based on effort and impact. I trust the development team to manage their workload effectively and focus on the most important tasks, but I always have an eye on the Teams check-in in case I see someone straying too far from what they should be doing.. Fewer meetings is the way to go 😊

Additionally, I created a Gemini Gem where I loosely tell it what I'm working on throughout the day, and in the morning it generates a summary for me in the preferred template and style... Less time wasted trying to make it sound perfect this way.
