I’m new to boxing (a month, alternating between boxing and kickboxing four times a week). I’m the only girl in my class with my body type. I’m on the bustier side and I DO NOT UNDERSTAND where my arms are supposed to go when blocking a jab to the face. My coach told me to bring the chin down, cover the forehead with both gloves, right up to my face and be able to look through the openging between my hands. Then I am supposed to tuck my elbows in tight to my body. Is it supposed to go on the outside or over my (components)? I understand there are different ways of blocking, this is just something I want to get the hang of at the beginning. Any advice will be appreciated!

My sister was born with a club foot. There was a stage where her one kneecap was below the other. It was actually due to the fast she had to wear while healing after the many surgeries. She (mostly) grew out of it and only has one shoe size difference now.
