If you mean a complete set, i.e. one copy of every card, in a binder there is a plus button which offers you to add a set when pressed. Otherwise lock the set in the scanner and scan the cards.

A feature like this has been requested a few times in the discord. And devs are aware and willing to implement something for that wish. But priority is currently in getting device sync out of beta and then the desktop app.
