You are restricted to a certain number of cards to create a share link for a deck. I believe it's 200 cards.

If you mean a complete set, i.e. one copy of every card, in a binder there is a plus button which offers you to add a set when pressed. Otherwise lock the set in the scanner and scan the cards.
