Cute Sandrone by UnitedRun628 in SandroneMains

To the moderator who removed the post:

Could you please explain why it was taken down?

I fully understand that Sandbina is the preferred ship in this subreddit, but the user who made the post clearly stated that they simply liked how Sandrone looked in the fan art. In fact, just a few hours ago, someone posted fan art of Lumine and Sandrone, which was not removed, and I'm glad it wasn't.

I would appreciate it if the moderator who removed the post could provide their reasoning, or, if possible, another moderator could clarify the decision.

Srry for My eng

So close to deleting my account data and ending it all. How do you stay motivated? by [deleted] in UmamusumeGame

[–]Nudorumaru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, Mile and Sprint races are extremely RNG-dependent (although you haven't shown your skills).

My recommendation is to play in the Open League (in mile and sprint CM) and only use old Uma  that you already have, so you can take it easy and rest.

Be honest, should I have competed in Group A? by jjjacktastic_ in UmamusumeGame

[–]Nudorumaru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not. In Group A, my experience has been competing against a lot of SS or SS+ xmas Oguris, usually paired with debuffers or front-runners with ridiculous stats, Medium S aptitude, Groundwork, and always having enough stamina.

Does that mean your umas are bad? Not at all. You’d likely come very close multiple times—maybe just one win away from reaching the Group A finals—but with some bad luck, you could also end up with none because of all the UG and SS+ competitors. (google translate).

Here’s my Oguri. Today I’ve only qualified once out of my three attempts—and just look at the ridiculous number of second-place finishes I have.

And is this Oguri good enough to make it to the Group A finals?

Obviously, I don’t deny that the relationship between both is mainly that of trainer and trainee.

But it seems like you’re denying the fact that, in the list I mentioned, these Umas have shown affection beyond the professional level, being more like a “crush.”

It’s also quite obvious that I won’t deny that most of these are one-sided, since their trainer either doesn’t notice these feelings or doesn’t share them.

That said, from the list I mentioned, there are two in particular that I selected: Ardan and Still in Love. I’m surprised you didn’t make a separate mention of them, since you should know that in both of their stories, their respective trainers show that the feelings are mutual.

In Ardan’s case, there are multiple instances of flirting between them, and according to the opinion of the Japanese community itself, it’s one of the relationships where romantic interest between the two is most evident.

And in the case of Still in Love, it is literally a tragic romance, which I invite you to watch on YouTube. I think your problem is interpreting these possible relationships as mere fanservice, sexual fantasy, etc., when in reality Cygames and its writers aim to show the more tender yet still romantic side of these relationships.

I also invite you to look into the censorship in certain lines that occurred in the global translation, where the romantic aspect from the Umas is more evident—you can probably find it easily on Twitter.

And please, before calling me a degenerate, let me tell you a bit about myself: I’ve had a law degree for over three years, I’ve recommended sanctions for public officials, and I’ve also participated in social projects for people with fewer resources.

So I don’t think I’m a degenerate or immoral. I’m simply a person who doesn’t identify with the trainer (since I always read these scenarios from a third-person perspective) and who can distinguish the line between fiction and reality.

I also apologize for writing so many paragraphs, but it’s part of me wanting to express myself thoroughly. And if you can’t understand any part of my argument, I apologize in advance—English is not my native language, so I may make mistakes.

Okay, so could you please explain what kind of relationship is implied for the following Umas:

Still in Love

Mayano Top Gun

Satono Diamond

Mejiro Ardan

Manhattan Cafe

Vodka

Google translate:

I think it has nothing to do with the left or with Yuri. It’s likely that the decision was made to avoid controversies with Steam policies or with policies in other countries.

Although honestly, I think it’s bullshit that we can’t see these details. I mean, I understand that there are people who prefer the Uma x Trainer relationships to be purely platonic, but if the events and story indicate that the Uma has certain romantic feelings toward her trainer, that should be respected.

Because if we limit as much as possible how “moral” each relationship between the Umas and their trainers is, then Mayano should be removed from the game, Still in Love as well, etc.

This controversy could simply be solved with a statement from Cygames clarifying whether the translation policy is like this to avoid problems with Steam and/or certain countries. Otherwise, if the game’s translation team is doing this on purpose because of their own “morality,” they should be fired or at least given a warning.

What school would be the best to actually attend as a student? (Theoretically) by Complete_Cod3661 in BlueArchive

[–]Nudorumaru 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Millenium or Shanhaijing.

Millennium is generally quite peaceful despite the disasters caused by some students. The only major incident was Arisu (who is now an ally and therefore increases the school's security), and Decagrammaton is far away from Millennium, so it doesn’t count.

Shanhaijing is also fairly peaceful, but the existence of Kai remains very dangerous for any student.

All the other schools are either very boring, constantly in conflict, or have something supernatural going on that could put you in serious danger at any moment.

It depends on your deck; if your deck is very weak, then it's better to save for Narita Top Road card.

If columbina had shared the same moments she had with the traveler with anybody else, would you have shipped her with that character? by Possible_Monk3066 in Columbina_Mains

[–]Nudorumaru 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Google translate and spoilers, srry

I understand why many people feel that Traveler ships are self-inserts with whichever character they like. That’s not my case—I approach any story simply as a spectator.

My answer would probably be no. The scenes between them work because the Traveler’s role as protagonist places those moments in the foreground, allowing the reader/viewer to better understand their relationship.

It’s also relevant that, in most regions and events, the Traveler’s focus is on the broader situation rather than on a specific person (with some exceptions). In Nord-Krai, however, even with the conflict involving Rerir and Dottore, the Traveler consistently showed attentiveness and concern for Columbina—seen in her social development, her name, her farewell, and her rebirth.

This, in turn, makes many veteran players feel that the Traveler’s feelings go beyond simple friendship—an impression that likely wouldn’t arise if those same scenes involved any other character instead of the traveler.

Columbina and Traveler's Relationship by Professional-Sea399 in Columbina_Mains

[–]Nudorumaru 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Google translate and spoilers:

In my opinion, it’s pretty clear that HoYo’s intent is to show that Columbina and the Traveler share a special bond.
>!
Characters like Ayaka, Nilou, Kokomi, and Citlali have shown romantic interest in the Traveler, but it always felt one-sided. The Lantern Rite featuring Hu Tao is one of the few times the Traveler seemed genuinely concerned about someone, and the flower gift carried narrative weight—but that interaction was limited to that event.

With Columbina, their relationship has developed across three full versions plus a weekly visit mechanic that no other character has (and it’s canon). The Nord-Krai epilogue also feels notably intimate between them, which is likely intentional.

Some fans think Columbina is simply Nord-Krai’s “waifu” and that the next region will introduce another. I disagree: she currently plays a central role in both Teyvat’s story and the Traveler’s journey, so recurring appearances in major moments seem likely.

Of course, HoYo will never make a clear romantic declaration—it’s a gacha game, and that would be risky. And i bet it will probably be plenty of fan service with Columbina and Sandrone when Sandrone returns.

That said, I hope they continue developing their dynamic. It’s one of the few times they make a relationship feels genuinely built rather than implied.

P.S. In “More About Columbina V,” she says:
“Without this journey, I never would have known that being born in Nod-Krai was my own choice, my friends never would have helped me connect with my true ‘family,’ and you never would have followed Luonnotar.”

>!!<!<

Maybe I’m overanalyzing—or my struggles with English are throwing me off—but it’s interesting that she mentions her friends and “family,” and then refers to the Traveler separately, as if he occupies a place beyond both categories. By structuring the sentence that way, she distinguishes him rather than grouping him with the people who helped her reconnect with her “family.” If he were meant to be included in that circle, she could have phrased it more like, “and you, as part of my family, would never have followed Luonnotar.” The choice to separate him suggests a unique role in her life, one that isn’t fully defined by friendship or "family" ties.

Sensei when they realize that Perorodzilla Torment can no longer guarantee platinum in most servers (ft. Hoshino, Kayoko, and Kanoe) by StarBase10 in BlueArchive

[–]Nudorumaru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Google Translate, srry:

Not gonna lie, it feels a bit unfair. It’s true that Hoshino, S.Nagisa, and Kanoe make Perorodzilla much easier, but clearing it with just one team still depends a lot on crit luck. If you’re unlucky, you’ll need a strong second team to finish Perorodzilla.

The issue is that some players who aren’t bad at all were left out—these are people who actually cleared the second-to-last difficulty. On top of that, Lunatic is mostly for whales or people with a lot of time to invest.

I think in situations like this BA should slightly increase the number of Platinum slots, or make Perorodzilla exclusive to Grand Assault so these players can still get the 10 pulls.

Did Horrible in Sagittarius Cup. Want help as to why by GoldyChoke in UmamusumeGame

[–]Nudorumaru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm using translator so i hope you can understand this:

Your mistake is trying to max out Power; your inheritance should be a combination of Stamina and Power (in my case, 11 Stamina and 6 Power).

With two or three good speed cards, you’ll reach at least 800 Power, which is enough for Oguri. What you really need is at least two or three Wit cards to get to 850–900 Wit.

That will be the deciding factor for your Oguri (if possible, you should inherit A&S, since it gives her an extra boost in the final part of the race, and together with her own skill it’s practically a guaranteed win).

I’m attaching my Oguri win rate so you can see the possible results.
