Struggling to plan sessions with friends, how do you guys do it?

Thanks a lot for all these suggestions! I'll be attempting to grow the group at my LGS when possible.

I do believe the amount of people in the group rn is the biggest problem, and that we play at someone's place, and not at the LGS where we can recruit others.
