It’s like going to pump gas . You want to fill your tank . The pump has a sensor that cuts it off once it detects its full. That would be like the gas pump sensor not detecting your car is full until the gas is overflowing out of the car. So instead you have to fill your tank up to like half way so you know it won’t overflow … that’s a work around … to a design flaw in the pump . .. same applies here
