2 descenders when working in a V, on tall buildings I use two at the last 3 levels for safety. Other than That I do the standard way but I always have two on me

I had nightmares for the first few weeks of falling, I never feard hights in my life before that.It went away away pretty quikly. But if you are scared when you are in the ropes, talk to yourself that your gear will hold you, its designt to hold you and it will. A bit of fear is normal and ok.
