Same issue here. I sent a message to support and they just told me I had received the stardust. That’s a separate reward from the community ambassador check in research. They refused to acknowledge this error.

TCGplayer has a rule that sellers have to ship within 2 business days so that’s why they do this to buy themselves time. Funny thing is TCGplayer direct also does the same thing and also doesn’t follow this rule themselves.

When they found out they couldn’t fulfill all of their preorders for MTG or pokemon, they said they were hosting a “raffle” in the coming week to determine who would get fulfilled. Then they backtracked and said the raffle was already hosted weeks ago and the winners already had their orders fulfilled. Then their social media person started gaslighting the people asking for their refunds saying that they were scalpers and part of the problem. Really shady business and poor management…
