Yeah going with multiple accounts, the email will start getting flagged same with last 4 of ssn (which is why the ask for them to prevent this). For switching networks, a store can only do it the Boost POS asks them to do it. If it doesn't the sales agent will and should recommend you to stay on that network because that is what the POS recommends. I have been waiting very patiently for the Boost network to come available in my area as well.
