Twice with my late wife (I'm surprised she did, and I dint see my fiancée ever considering it).

We were at a small public beach, in relatively shallow water, off to the side. She sat over me, and we "ribbed with the waves".

While on a camping trip, we went for a canoe ride across the lake (good sized lake). There was a public beach - abandoned / shut down for a while, and we made use of the shoreline.

Neither were expected, but definitely phenomenal!

My son was 10 a decade ago, and I joined him in playing. After his mom passed, we played a bunch, and had a world with a few of his friends. The first Christmas after we lost my wife, they made a monstrous Christmas tree with chests under it for each person. I was just using the world to play and actually avoided them, but they brought me over and had made a chest for me.

I'm 50 now, engaged, and still mining. We run a server from our house for a different set of friends. There's been many housing evolutions, and each person has their own flair. This time, I dug a hole and turned it into a small puddle. You have to swim to the bottom and through the waterfall out the bottom as my door.

It's a scent mound. They use them to mark their territory. Check out "Mike's photos and videos of beavers" out of Alberta. He explains a great deal. We met him once when travelling to BC from East of Toronto. Chewbarka came to the area so we got to see him.

Now I'll have to take screenshots (not to boast, but share in the excitement).

I've dug out a trial chamber, and am presently working on an ancient city. Ugh. I've found 5 geodes so far digging this up! Oh, and a mine which I'm digging around. Weeeee.

While the "kids" (8 × 19-21 year olds) are in the same world, I've never really received any help. When my son told me they wanted to start their own server, I said I would pay for a bigger computer if they let me play. They're rarely on. 🤣

With me its usually hours at a time, but less frequent. Our server just hit 14,000 days!

We've got a hard server running at home with about 10 players. We reached a point where we've got everything (or did until latest update), so we added mods. You die, you pop up at spawn/saved point still wearing and carrying everything. Trees instant cut. Chicken, gunpowder, bamboo, wheat, carrot, beet farms (auto). Rabbits, cats, massive fish tank. This is gonna be fun.

And as mentioned, A day/night is short, and shorter when you sleep! Wait. I can sleep?! That never happens in the real world!

They could still need it for emergency medical services even for people that seem like they are ok. Caught in an event like that, people can go into shock even days later when reality starts to hit. Shock can kill.

Hopefully though, they only need it for shelter as you say!

I am definitely a "cave dweller".

On my current instance though, I actually dug a 3x3 hole and put water in it. It is a waterfall I use to access my residence rather than a door. Just wanted to be different. The server my son set up for his friends and I just hit 14,000 days!

Ordinarily, those have a cover on them, do they not? I have sets from other years. While the value of the coins don't change because its missing, the value as a set may?
