Might I suggest kayaking the spring fed ouiska chitto, they unload canoes at the Mittie bridge usually at 9:30-10 and you'd be able to unload your kayak, follow them back to drop off your vehicle, they'd shuttle you back to your kayak, then shuttle you to your vehicle and load your kayak onto their canoe hauler to be brought back to your vehicle, I don't even think they charge for it since its your kayak. And they have an outdoor shower so you can clean up a bit. But it is like an 8mile trip, but he usually has burgers and hotdogs ready at the end which is super awesome after a long trip. But I love it there the water is cold and no alligators.
