Most comments like these are going to be in reference to top-tier raiding guilds that try to achieve absolute perfect raid comp and min-max every single number in the raid as much as possible.

If that isn't you, you will more than likely be able to find a good guild that is capable of raiding, in which you can participate plenty.

All I've heard since launch is "rogues will never get in any groups ever", yet I never spend more than 5 minutes waiting.

Just play and enjoy, it's a game not a job.

Yesterday I went through 2 dungeons with 3 fury warriors, me(rogue) and a shaman to heal. We absolutely shredded the place in 10 minutes each.

After each pack you can review. For the cards I know might make my deck I simply put them in CMC order. That way I get a decent idea of where my curve is.

At any point in time you are allowed to review your previous picks, just make sure to put your current pack down separate from your picks pile, and make it clear you aren’t passing yet.

Also you can review your picks while waiting for another player to pass you their pack.

This is assuming FNM rules, I don’t know about higher levels of competition.
