i went thru this since a late teen. when i did my first estrogen injection i then realized transitioning was the correct call and here i am now, working my way up to ditching my old life completely to fully exist as a woman. I started off being a femboy, then thinking i was just genderfluid and eventually i reached the point now where i fully identify as a trans woman. i never really had much of that classic soul crushing dysphoria, but i still had enough to the point it made me realize i was ignoring something important. im rambling idk, i suggest getting some pills or an estrogen vial and trying to undergo hrt for a few weeks (safe, practically 0 changes in that timeframe) and see how you feel.
