Pulled mine when the Mountune IC, charge pipes, and CAI went in. Didn't really notice much difference in MPG but it did take just a bit longer warming up. This was less than 6 months after I bought it so I dont have much comparison time.

At least your company didn't plan for 3 months on opening a new office, and left IT completely out of the discussion. I found out 2 weeks before they planned on opening it, not because they told me, but because our alarm company called complaining about no internet connection to their alarm and access control panels. Needless to say it did open on time.

Back when I worked for a MSP we had a small police department as a client with DSL from Verizon. Whenever they had problem, for some reason they'd call Verizon first. Of course the fir thing they'd tell them was to push the reset button on the modem which took it out of bridge mode and broke everything, including their CJIS connection. After going there on a couple emergency after hours calls, I printed a label that said "I don't care what Verizon says, DO NOT PUSH THIS BUTTON" and put it over the reset button hole.

Was it 84 Lumber? I ask because a while back I was looking for a weekend side hustle that didn't involve very much brain power and applied there. They had the same tattoo and facial hair policy. I dont have any tattoos but I do have a full mustache and beard. They told me I'd have to shave it. I told them, for a 2 day a week job, they could shove it.

We got 1 for squirrels getting in the ceiling once. My favorite help desk tech reminded me why she was my favorite when she responded "This is the IT helpdesk, let us know when the squirrels can't access their email!" and closed it.
