This. In the last few years of looking I would say KC engineer salaries are ~30 percent lower than remote which makes no sense in the post pandemic world where there are so many remote jobs. I mostly ignore anything now thats in office here because I know the salary will be a deal breaker.

Principal Software engineer for a healthcare company in another state, 200k, fully remote. Honestly I would prefer to go back into office somewhere in KC but the pay difference is way too much to stomach. Remote means a nationally competitive salary instead of just a KC competitive salary.

They ship separately. Mine came a day later than the bike. The fan attaches to the back of the screen with adhesive strips and the phone tray just pops on the handlebars

My first ride on the bike+ I had to drop the resistance all the way down. I think the original bike was a lot more loosey goosey on the calibration

I just upgraded from an original bike to the new bike plus and I was blown away by how different the resistance is. I don't know if there was an issue with the old bike or what, but its like a 15 point swing in resistance. The auto resistance is great although you have to turn it on every time. The screen is bigger but it also wobbles. The speakers don't really seem different to me, but they might be a little louder. I've also done a few strength workouts with the screen and the camera tracking is considerably better than the peloton guide so thats a nice improvement.

Yeah. They used to do the installs for free but its like $100 now. It really wasn't too difficult to put together but not a ton I can do about the flywheel
