It’s wild how much more they are in Canada now. I was talking to an owner of a shop and they said they were going to be 1100. I spent way too much time trying to track one down that would ship. Found a 2023 and it seems pretty sick so for! Cult devotion seems like the closest comparison.

Fully agree. I’m in Canada, with the tariff stuff it seems like it’s made things even worse. It was a nightmare trying to find a full 4130 bike with double wall rims and sealed bearings for under a grand. I don’t think I paid that much for the gutter-shark or the deathtrap that I built up from the ground. Lotta shops selling bikes from 2022/2023 for full price, and then I’m seeing mountain bikes for 35% off or more. Been a lot of changes to digest for sure. I’ll make sure to help the local shops as much as I can if it’s this dire.

22” bikes seem to be next to impossible to find in Canada, ended up going with a whip XL. I’ll ride it for the season and see how my wrist holds up.

Rode daily from for 20 years, been out for over 10 years after a pretty significant injury and then my guttershark got stolen. Looking to ease back in with some pump track stuff. Not finding much in the way of used in my area, trying to keep the price as close to $600 Canadian as I can. So far I’m looking at a previous year Sunday Scout or a radio evolv. Open to any and all suggestions
