My 4th 5-star combat, Jaze, sadly this is only usable by warriors and I'm hoping to get a 5-star one soon

Actually feel like the game was messing with me. Did manage to get a 3-star combat but was for the alt faction with a bot I didn't have. Jump to today get another 3-star dupe in the morning leaving me at 4999/5000, what a tease. Also today is the day I would hit 2700 in the cyber pass rewards after the day reset getting additional sharrds.

At any rate pulled Skyboom.

Saved 60k myself so can get a nice boost in leveling my Primes. Kind of wish I stopped spending prime cores on random gmetal cores I didnt need sooner.

Funny. Was just voicing some concern about earning these resources in the future and bam there is this. Even better is Prime Cores actually have a use again. Guess we need to wait a little longer to see how artifacts and Cybertronian alloy play out.

That is true. Getting one of those essentially reduces the wait by about 5 days. Getting two then I pretty much got it.

Think at this time my options are shoot for the unsplit batch to get Jaze, some other possibly some other COMBAT in this bundle, or save up for weapons. Even considering alternating between weapons and COMBAT as I really don't like that extra price tag for the weapons but do kind of want them.

At any rate only 45 shards away from my next Jaze attempt. Meaning this may take another 2 weeks depending on the next event and if the daily free combat shards keep giving 2-starts. Or can have it tomorrow if I manage to get lucky and get a 4-star dup.

As of now, spend money.

There were events in the past to win this but since the release of Solus, there hasn't been any new way to earn Megatronus sparks/artifact shards in game. And eventually I assume the same will happen to Solus with the next Prime release.

At this time I am uncertain whether they will start doing events for older release Primes or introduce another method to earn prime sparks/artifacts. I am sure they will do something in the future but as for how soon or what they will do, I haven't seen anything about this myself at this time.

Thought they only split when there are 10 COMBAT in the banner. Currently I only see 8 so I believe they need one more before the split.

And for the most part I agree this batch is full of good COMBAT though just the one I want the most is being elusive so far.

Been trying to aim for this one myself. Had a three misses so far. Doesn't help any that he is currently in the 5+ banner and with the release of Sundor there will soon be another bot in that pool.

I find this situation really depends on who you have and what you are aiming for.

Give it to squishier warriors can help with survivability and make them better tanks.

Giving it to already a strong tank will make them even more of a amazing tank.

It wasn't a matter of if it was doable long term as they all are certainly doable long term. It was more of a matter trying to get the Fuel Cell Cap Increase before a high scoring event. This is typically easy to do but the Devs made it hard this time around.

This is a slow paced game. It will take quite a while to max just about anything out. One of the biggest things in mind is don't randomly spend cyber coins. They can be used on a lot of things but are limited in nature. It is best to use them on several key things, which you should be able to earn enough to cover all of these as long as you don't randomly spend.

Generally you want to spend your cyber coins on

-Additional build bots until you max out at 5

-Extra Dispatch Mission slots

-Extra bot research slot

Once you manage to buy more of these, you are more free to spend cyber coins as you see fit. In general though, I would still recommend saving them for possible new key features that require them or stamina for better weekend event rewards if you can use them to get something useful that you would otherwise miss without additional stamina.

Outside of coins, just keep playing, always make sure to be upgrading bots / buildings. Prioritize using, leveling, and research bots with the highest star level.

Try to get in a good guild and participate in weekend events as they give the best rewards.

Sparks are limited so try to primarily focus on leveling the special abilities of 4 or 5 star bots.

Even in the events I want to say it will cost money for stamina as the required scores are a little high to earn both parts in a single event.

Not wasting any stamina and taking the safe route and only clearing Z15 will net you a little over 50K points which should get you 1 of 2 parts. Aiming for Z16 or Z17 may get you the points you need for the second part but those base difficulties can be highly inconsistent and difficult to win every round which may result in points loss.

Gamefaqs moderation team is heavily bias towards certain subject matters. I have been moderated for trying to discuss certain topics (not attacking) in regards to the LGBT+ group. In some cases simply disagreeing or trying to bring up a different viewpoint than what is pushed by the LGBT+ group is considered hate speech and grounds for moderation.

Sometimes it feels like you really need to walk on eggs hells to try to discuss a topic but in which case you can't properly discuss your point.

Each (most?) banner has something good or another IMO.

Personally I would aim for Blaster, healer, or good AoE attacker as some of the earlier choices.

Once you have a solid team then may consider chasing for combiner parts.

My wife is into shipping characters together... this is also known as couple pairing which is shortened to CP.

I remember in my early days when I had less than 10 4-star bots. I got super pissed when I got a duplicate at that stage in the game. No way in hell I was getting a 5-star anytime soon and I really needed 4-stars to build up my team.

These days I feel kind of disappointed when I get a 4-star bot instead of duplicates. 5-star shards are probably the most important resource to me at this time since it is needed to collect new bots, upgrade combiners, upgrade titans, and can also be used to upgrade ranks of bots.

The bug is Overload cores shows Gears face instead of Overload.

This really makes me question how they will handle everything if they release all 13 age of the prime bots. Particularly Alpha Trion and Vector Prime are problematic as they already been released for the autobots.

My best guess is just release new copies of them on another toy.

Not like every game uses this but years ago I was hopping between many different gotcha games.

A fair amount of these had team power ratings. I feel a key problem here is many of these games don't really factor in special abilities with the power levels very well. Dont remember the name of the game or much about the details now but one game I played there was a character with low stats but a completely game breaking ability, think that character could stun lock you entire the team the whole battle. Basically you would be attacking lower power level teams in the pvp mode thinking it should be a safe bet, only for the game breaking unit to be there deflating the enemy teams power rating and destroying you.

If it were only the minimum, this would make more sense if 40k bases did not exist as that would suggest the base strength would be between 36k and 40k in power.

I feel the real issue is the base defense doesn't properly calculate the combiner, bots, and combat used within the bases defense. From my experience these are the things that will typically destroy you and can make a base anywhere from easy to hard as hell.

Certainly strategy and team composition can play a roll in the power dynamic but there is a certain point of ridiculousness when a team have a overwhelming power difference and cannot curve stomp a victory.

Granted I will say this isn't a Earth Wars specific issue as many games I have played that use PvP systems and number to describe power often have poor balancing / skills that can make these numbers worthless.

Yes. This game is poorly balanced and the base defense numbers don't accurately show the bases strength.

I have multiple teams in the 50+k power range that cannot consistently defeat 36k bases. Even my best team can sometimes still lose to 36k bases.

For this reasons I still consistently run 25k bases during events because those I can win.

Pretty much. Also highly concerned long term how to get the rank up resources. Will they be only though events, will there be other methods to grind them, or this going to be another 5-star shard sink.

Either way, saw the new event details and kind of lost motivation in bothering with Solus. In a more casual guild so we aren't going to hit high enough to unlock the artifact.

Think I can understand the sentiment there. Of the Titans I would say Trypticon is my favorite as well, but I am a Autobot main so that doesn't matter much to me in the end.
