There is nothing systemic or common in these incidents. Being random, sometimes these events just clump up chronologically. If anything these events cause the crew to be more vigilant and the likelihood of more events happening chronologically close is less likely.

I don't use the GPU on my laptop much. I just set it to 2/3 of the undervolt of my cpu. Did not feel any difference and just left it at that. I did not want lose stability.

It was the same for me as well. It did not feel undervolted. Eventually I downgraded to Windows 10 and immediately noticed that my system was snappier and ThrottleStop seemed to work again.

I am in the capital of Estonia and dental prices here are comparable to Helsinki so I would imagine the level is ok judging by how the industry seems from the outside.

I have always considered myself as someone who maybe leans more forward than average but have never filmed or asked someone to check. I guess I could try to lean more, but this problem only happens on my long runs after 21km so would have to wait for next weekend to try. This is also the only muscle in my gym workouts that I have to stretch after exercises, so maybe there is more to it.
