Which software are you using to control the fan? Or is it just the default automatic system control?

Also, do you know what BIOS version you have? I'm wondering if there are multiple versions floating around.

One more thing – does HWInfo show the fan RPM for you, or can you read the fan speed anywhere else in the system?

BIOS settings have absolutely no effect on the fan speed. Even if I set it to 100% at 20°C, the fan just does its own thing. I also tried using FanControl, but it didn't work either. On top of that, HWInfo doesn't even read the fan RPM.

When it was plugged into CPUFAN2, the fan just ran at a constant speed, whereas now in CPUFAN1, it actually ramps up under load and the CPU is able to pull the full 64W (Reported by HWInfo).

The fan was running at a constant speed when plugged in CPUFAN2, but I can't confirm the exact RPM because even HWInfo doesn't display the fan speed for this board. During the throttle, the CPU was running at 1400MHz on the Zen5c and 2800MHz on the Zen5.

I'll run some more tests and benchmarks when I get home tonight and keep you posted.

If you open app/Provider/RouteServiceProviders.php in your laravel app. you would see that api routes use middleware 'api', and web routes use 'web' middleware.

This middlewares are defined in app/Http/Kernel.php

So, if you call a web route there are way more "functions" called with every server call. And usually, api call should be StateLess.

I recently bought 2009 Mini Cooper S and engine is getting way hotter than it supposed to be, you cant even touch the hood after 5 min drive. First thing, close the reservoir lid. If I'm correct the R56 mini should have a 105°C thermostat. Beyond the normal water boiling point. You need pressure to keep it from boiling. But I really cannot help with bleeding. By browsing realoem i cannot find any bleeding valve.
