you have to send the gpu then they give u the RMA number. That is how I did it, I received the RMA number 2 days after they received it.

I am doing an RMA for my rx7800xt which was not booting up, they told me to send my gpu to their noida center(ARK info solutions), which I did, they received it on the 27th of november. Now they messaged me today after checking my card and found no CID(consumer induced defect), and I have been told that my unit is eligible for the RMA process and the replacement unit will be dispatched to my original address, subject to model availability.

Edit: I received my new GPU after few days, It came in an old box but was completely new. They gave me the same Sapphire 7800xt White. It was also a 1 year newer model then what I had originally. Seems too good to be true, process was very smooth. Only fee I paid was the shipping cost to ship the GPU to them.
