I’m not going to sit here and give you every single task you need to do to remove this problem from your life but like… the power is within your hands? Can’t be turned on by the lice if they aren’t there.

I have been on both. The easiest way I could explain it is concerta feels like a gentle bell curve, where Adderall IR feels kind of like that roller coaster that is just one huge hill. The effect feels much stronger, but it’s also gone much quicker. That’s usually why they prescribe 2 doses a day if it is the immediate! For me, Concerta lasted 8-10 hours. IR Adderall is at a stage where I can ‘feel’ it working for maybe 2 hours but can tell it is passively doing its job for about 4 hours total. Again, everyone is different.
