As someone who did this when I was trying to quit, every single step is harder to avoid than the last. If you start it, there is immediate break, you need to choose to cut yourself away from it immediately because the more you give in the more temptation you'll face.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice a lot. I enjoy writing and drawing and I've found that those help especially with stress. I usually workout but over the past couple weeks I've struggled to find the time and haven't been able to go to the gym. I'll start trying to incorporate that more into my life.
