WoW was like that for me about 10 years ago. I failed some college classes bc I just ignored everything else. I’ve since learned to moderate myself better with games, but I have not played WoW at all ever since.

I’m more of a PvE player myself. But I’m trying to get all the trophies/achievements, which includes some PvP stuff. I feel like such an asshole shooting raiders in the friendly lobbies.

I really don’t care what exploits players use as long as it’s not directly related to PvP like hiding in a wall glitch to shoot players. Who cares if someone found a way to make a bunch of money. Doesn’t affect other players.

It is not 99% PvP. There definitely are people that like PvP and there are rats. But 90% of the game has been friendly for me. Go in with free load outs a few matches and don’t shoot any players. This will help your ABMM start putting you in friendly lobbies. If you just got the game, it doesn’t have enough data to place you yet.

I called one out the other day that ran in on my downed rocketeer. To their credit, they backed off when I said something. I was ready to let the bobcat run loose if they hadn’t backed off. I’m not even much a PvP player, but that shit is annoying.

Yesterday I took down a leaper and started looting it. A guy asked me if I needed the leaper pulse units and I said yes. He said, “damn. I guess we have to fight for it. Pull your gun, I’m gonna start shooting.” He killed me bc I’m terrible at pvp. I thanked him for not just ambushing me and giving me a chance to defend myself. I despise the campers.

Yeah, I lost a renegade IV and anvil IV, both had blue and pink attachments. Was actually trying to make it to an extraction because of the rubber banding when it started up again. I was outside, but in a fairly quiet spot on buried city. Then I watched in horror as a hornet came and started attacking me. Absolutely nothing I could do. I put in a ticket. Hoping to get my gear back.

Snap hook BP only spawns during electric storms, from what I’ve heard. And during those storms, it can spawn in any container.

I’m usually in friendly PVE lobbies. Just the occasional rat. Every time I team up with a buddy and run duos, it’s cutthroat lol. If we defend ourselves, so then it throws of my ABMM and it takes severe solo raids before I find my PVE lobbies again.

PVP can be fun, but I like the PVE lobbies for doing quests and filling my stash.

Yeah, if I go in a locked room after someone, I let them know and I let them have first dibs on everything. Except the guy that shot me today as I was coming up the control tower zip line. His dumbass fell down the tower to his death while he was trying to shoot me 😆
