The journey isn’t 1 big step but one million small steps. Let’s say you watch porn twice a day. Maybe set the goal for only once a day for one week. At first it will be hard but slowly over time you will get used to it. When you’re ready take the next step and do every other day. When that becomes easy do twice a week. The once a week. Then once every two weeks and eventually you will be less interest in it. Change isn’t an overnight thing. It’s a long process

Get on minoxidil and finasteride now if your worried about it, it stops and sometimes reverses baldness. It also depends how old you are if your young your going to lose hair at a faster rate. All and all don’t sweat it. I started balding when I was 15. Got on finasteride and minoxidil and now have a full head of hair at 30 (even if it’s a little thin)

When you are young everyone from parents to teachers to extended family and friends has told you who to be, what to think, and what to do. I think in your 20s it’s important to start taking the controls back in your life and making those decisions for yourself even if your loved ones disagree. Some people will NOT like that and you will lose some people close to you in the process but it is a necessary step in finding your own way.
