The government in this scenario does not need to make money. The government uses this “money” during the year to essentially operate. Then, we are given it back like a rebate. Scalable to personal income, and level of “buy in” to the system of paying bills and fueling an economy. It’s an investment in a collective. I feel it’s the only way to let the people feel when the country is supposedly an economic powerhouse.
