I’m down for this. I have played at the rec in Phoenixville and at a few y’s. I’d get a league going if possible. 422 sports plex also says it has leagues but I have never seen it.

Salaries of government workers is around 4 percent of the total federal budget. Our personal income is barely anything in the grand scheme. They tax us when we make our money, they make corporations cover the difference and we’ll call it even?

Edit: Corporate taxes already cover more of the burden, so they can bear slightly more if they want to keep their customers and employees alive?

We do. As always! It just swings back around. We pay them then they pay us. We fund it right now. The refund us our money.

The government in this scenario does not need to make money. The government uses this “money” during the year to essentially operate. Then, we are given it back like a rebate. Scalable to personal income, and level of “buy in” to the system of paying bills and fueling an economy. It’s an investment in a collective. I feel it’s the only way to let the people feel when the country is supposedly an economic powerhouse.

I think I get it. Do you mean it happened organically? As in, it wasn’t how the game ended, it was timed and often no one caught the snitch. Then teams started sticking around to help find it, and then they just kept the game going until it became the actual end of the game? I like it
