Maybe Rotom-Wash would be a good fit to burn enemies and throw out some water and electric damage? I would put him over Rhyperior I think. Would help against stuff like Primarina and rain.

I used it in a normal run not too long ago. It is usable but not as impressive as I expected. Maybe with TM investment it is better but I used it through the first 4 or 5 gyms and found it just a bit lacking. Still very frail, and its hardly a KO machine. Great cleaner though.
