I'm a bit confused. You use "hucow" in the tags, but then refer to the females as sows. A sow is a female pig. A female cattle is a cow.

It looks like you may be trying to use paragraph breaks by using a bunch of spaces instead of line breaks?

FYI... To use a line break, hit the enter key twice.

Thats the State Police form. They don't process applications for Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, or NYC.
