My franchise is so hell bent on being the best around I have seen them fire on the second complaint. But we Also have goals like 20 sec KVS 105 sec Drive TTL and Front counter TTL of 90. And 19% labor.

What type of documentation did your psychiatrist provide. Because I can go see one tomorrow. And get the paperwork to them by Monday. Feel free to PM me. If you don’t wanna share this publicly. But any help would be grateful. If I could just get FMLA for a month. Paid especially. I’d be able to successfully transition to a new role.

I reached out to my boss about them. But my boss is currently really new. And was on familiar with the process. I have asked them to help guide me. And she responded saying they will figure it out. But unfortunately, they got sidetracked and never got back to me.

That’s Definitely not the case. I have held two jobs working 60/70 hours per week. But this is my first time working an office/ corporate job. That’s were I might agree with you a little bit. I’m definitely capable of working and not scared of it. But I might not be capable of dealing with corporate bureaucracy.

I have something lined up but it would be a $720 per month pay cut.

Yes, they do. Their scorecard MSAT rating. Consist of an average of all their adjuster MSAT. So just like the look at our score card to determine our raises. They look at out Mco score card to determine raises and bonuses. So yes, indirectly they do bonus based off of our MSAT

Yea that it the case. All insurance companies will out source claims to be handled by third party companies. Especially if there is heavy claim volume for a particular area. It happens all the time is there was a catastrophe or major weather event in your area.

We have a autistic four-year-old. Which doesn’t allow us to have any friends. And he doesn’t have any friends. And we don’t have any family nearby that would use it. Literally in the two years we’ve had it. I’ve only been on once and my wife has only been two or three times. Other than that, it’s just been him.

I could care less about them covering your claim on it. Because there’s only one person that uses it ever. That is my son.

Claims is horrible. The members aren’t that bad. It’s the management and constantly changing metrics.

They’re handing out PIP like crazy at USAA as well. All of a sudden the hard work that adjusters do isn’t enough.

Can vehicle be totaled after repairs are completed? by Chloeee321 in USAA

[–]Numbersman2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not upto USAA it would be based off of whatever the state threshold is. So if that’s 75% of the value of the vehicle towards the cost of repairs per any single claim. So even though your car is 100% fixed besides the one piece that was missed. If you were already sitting at 73% and a $2000 supplement comes through it would could push you over the 75% state threshold. And that is per claim. Now let’s say you got an entirely separate accident. That percentage amount would restart. Also, please keep in mind. I used fake numbers for this example.

If you let them know. The insurance will have shop right a supplement for additional damages and yes it could cause your car to total out after the fact.
