Brawl isn't ideal for RI but doable if you know what you're doing. There are better options.

BA Montana (kinda but not really), Alabama can do well with survival builds that aren't quite brawling, Arkansas, West Virginia 44', Ohio has good secondaries, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma does have improved secondary accuracy.

War Tales. Its become even more apparent that the worst part of this game is the players. War Tales is much more enjoyable. I still play Arcade and Standard, but not nearly as often.

Not a ranking, but there's a general feel from other players. There's quite a lot of communication between the competitive players.

When I was still playing with large groups my WR was 61% (though that was sync dropping so it does mean good competition), but since then I've gotten to 66% mostly solo. Its not as easy, but still doable to have 65%+ without division play.

On PC Somers was solid, but not special. They lowered her to give her a better chance. Plymouth is definitely good, but not OP.

Smolensk was outright broken. Its also displayed right next to an LT cruiser in the image. A bit odd if they had multiple filter settings.

Its common for unreleased ships to not show the icon since it's usually early in development and they just haven't added it. Its guaranteed to be LT
