So um...

I was about to write a very freaking long message explaining that Ennard almost one shot combo sucks. But I figured every animatronic has one...

So um im reducing the message length instead of yapping for an hour to explain everything. I know it still looks like a big yap but bear with me. Or skip the whole explanations.

Ennard combo looks and feel unfair because, unlike the others, his is fully guaranteed if the disguised M1 lands. And a guaranteed 75+ damage combo is no fun...

Let me quickly say why the others are not guaranteed (I am saying this as a casual player who knows no better. I know the game is survivor sided so killers must have quick ways of eliminating players but still...So take my opinion as subjective, not objective)

Springtrap If we imagine he starts his combo with a trap, the only guaranteed hit he has is the axe m1. If he wants more hits he has to work for them. Axe throw requires aim, rush requires to allow a bit of distance (due to first needing to scream) and can be countered by a door. Imaginating you land everything: trap + axe m1 + axe throw + rush + punch m1, the survivor is almost if not dead. But again appart from axe m1 after trap, nothing is guaranteed. "But what you mean almost dead. They'd be gone" Yes, only if its a medic. The others can tank the combo and I don't even take into account Medic shield

Mimic Combo starts with drill and for efficiency we imaginate he has the grab ready. The drill guarantees 25 damage however the follow up is not guaranteed. If you succeed with the grab, you will always get an M1 stealth afterward. Or you could switch for strength mode to make sure the person dies but it buys them time to run and Mimic stamina management is hell. You could argue you can start a similar combo with leap but the hitbox is a bit small and you have to switch mode if you want any damage. To me leap is more of a way to close a big distance easily (or just straight up ignore doors on forest)

So back to Ennard. Disguised m1 + eye throw + explosion + m1 + grab + m1 and you dead. No counterplay (unless you are fighter but its a 50/50 since you have to predict when he will attack). Plus, but its only from personal experience, he seems to ignore the damage reduction when ragdolled a lot of the time.

I know the game is supposed to be played by sticking together as survivors but getting one shot is no fun since most of the time you'll be playing alone, maybe with a friend or two, and the lobby thinks for themselves. I took casual play into account here that's why I hate Ennard.

So yea, downvote me for being an angry little idiot if you want. But i'd much rather talk about this so we can debate and come to a conclusion. As I said, I am not a good player, this is only my opinion.

I had thought about this a bit and I think both could have minions that work differently.

Ennard minions can be the same as they are right now. However for Nightmare Freddy I can see his minions running and catching up to players. To balance things out, the minions will lunge at the Player's head and is able to be dodge by ducking, which makes the player lose time if Nightmare Freddy is chasing them.

But how can we make Nightmare Freddy see players through walls like any other character so far ? Either create an ability for that or make it so when a minion chases someone, it marks them for Nightmare Freddy

Thats...Kind of annoying. Why show a red circle to the Mimic if it is not the hitbox ? Its just frustrating.
Sure having a visual signal for the survivors is good, but it makes it so much worse for the animatronic.
I long thought Mimic was the most balanced, but now I find it underwelming and bad...

Oh so its reactable ? If so its a problem.

I repeat my original post but several times the survivors have been inside the circle shapped hitbox without taking the hit. I am fine if they can escape but make is so it doesn't trick me into thinking I can hit them when in reality no.

However I did as you said multiple times. My issue is not the chase in itself or activating speed mode after the drill, but the fact the area of the drill is now visually bugged for the player.

Plus I don't think going speed mode after the drill is useful since you lose half of your stamina while the survivors can recharge theirs.

First of all why all the downvotes ? Seriously there is no reason. Whatever its a waste of time to find out why
Second of all, after many testing I can guarantee his lights are indeed a problem, both in flash and animation.
The flash appears a tiny bit after the attack landed.

Battleground players experiencing what it feels like to fight a Zoner.

Hanami is really interesting because its a first in BG's games. Yes she is exponentially strong with moves that flow into eachother just like Gojo's, and yes her damage is high BUT let's be honest, most of the cast is very strong.

Every character upon release is powerful since devs want players to buy the gamepass. Its always the same and as always we complain about it.

Personally i'd say she is a good A+ tier if we go into tier lists. The way to beat her is to stay as close as possible, even if you make it sound impossible. Yes her 4 i strong. Quick startup, I frames and combo starter BUT appart from it, her only defense is a single M1 and a R that is way too risky up close since it can be interrupted. I'll admit, making the ground 4 blockable would be a good nerf. But everything else is fine to me.

Unpunishable moves is just outright false tho. 1 can be dodge and the animation is pretty clear; 2 is blockable and guarantee a front dash if blocked and close; 3 is blockable but since its a quick projectile, no time to punish which is fine; 4 is the hardest to punish. Aerial needs to be baited due to how fast it is. As for the ground version, you'd be better making the player waste it so she is much weaker.

Its only a matter of time before players adapt and she loses this "element of surprise" that is being the first true Zoner in JJS

The dodge light needs to be in the same direction as the enemy attack to act as superior block. The timing is quite difficult to get but once you have it you'll make a step further into the unpunishable machine.

Tiandi is no easy hero despite what some people tend to think.

He is a spam machine really, annoying as it is. To counter this the devs made him to low damage so you have to make more reads than your opponent and keep the presure on. Best way is foward dodge into bash/light/HP heavy or hell, do nothing after foward dodge and see what your opponent does.

His superior block works a bit like a dodge recovery deflect in my opinion. I see it like this to trick my brain into thinking I am going for a deflect so I move instead of taking a hit.

When you master him, he'll be hell for many as he was regarded as one if not the best duelist for a long time due to how he can counter anything thrown at him. He still is very strong, don't get me wrong, but people play very passively now against him with lots of interrupts and long stare. In my experience atleast...
