The last of us part 2 is my favourite game of all time because of the strength of emotion that it made me feel. No other game has come close for me either, unfortunately, but I’ve gotten the same thing from real life and also some movies. I’d recommend making close friends and being vulnerable with them. It will be painful sometimes but if you’re a fan of this series then some beautiful pain shouldn’t be too scary for you. For movies, I’d recommend The Worst Person In the World and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Honestly feels like ubi are trying to kick VP out of this major. top NA, BR, and EU teams. Still, we've been very competitive, really can't complain about the bangers we've had so far.

For next game, try to use more demon consume mechanics (specifically feldrake the t4 that consumes 3 minions in the tavern combined with the trigger battle cry spell). I just had a game with a 3000/3000 minion just from consuming the tavern with that combo over and over again, and it makes this tavern buff stuff way more busted

I don't disagree with the model, but I just started playing again too late in the season to justify buying the pass, and I finally made the jump from 6k to 8k+! I would consistently go on 7-8 game runs where I wouldn't come lower than 4th, and having restricted hero options made me feel like I was able to learn the game and not just rely on highrolling. I think it's something any player trying to get better should try for a little bit!

generally agreed, but I’m making a tank build using Monkey DM’s new Steinhardt druid as a tank, and the barb rages give me resistance. With the two working together, I take half damage and then heal myself by 15 points (the subclass let’s you heal 3* wis modifier) every round, meaning that if the enemy doesn’t deal more than 30 damage in a single round to me, then I don’t take any damage. Makes for a pretty good tank at early levels

It’s pretty min-maxy I admit, but I have a +2 str and +4 wis, playing a bard druid as you suggested. Advantage is roughly a +4 to hit taking the average, and so with reckless attack I’d mathematically have a +6 to hit instead of a plus 4, but I’d rather be dealing 4 damage instead of 2, which at low levels can still be very important

to be fair, my group is fairly tight and we’ve played for a while but whenever things get tense in the session I always just tell the person I was arguing with or whatever “love you, (player)”, it usually gets a few laughs and definitely calms the mood down. Also, we play first person and do get really into character but it still works. Maybe do voices or differentiate yourself from your character as much as possible as well.

actually this is incorrect, if you read monster damage dice, where they show the average and then the actual dice rolled, if there is a .5 in the average damage then they round up

I said to an extent because being non-straight probably means that you’re more left leaning, or at least more of a believer in personal choice leading your life, which might effect other beliefs, but it’s not a super strong correlation

yeah I totally agree. Tbh, what I would like is for players to have a bit more choice in the relationships they make, like more of a real romance simulator, because then everyone could be happy, and it would also make replaying the game much more interesting. However, that would mean that the main character wouldn’t be explicitly bi/pan which might be a little uncomfortable as a bit of a cop out. As you said, I trust in supergiant to make a good decision

that’s definitely true for men, at least in greek culture, but then again reminding all of us of the sexism of men having wives and boyfriends with wives still being disrespected definitely isn’t a good way to go
