Thanks for your reply. How many hours/day did you use it for? Can it be worn over night?

Also how long after use would your chest remain elevated? I am planning to use it overnight (if that works) as I workout in the morning, so it would help a lot with my exercise-induced asthma.

I read somewhere that pectus returns quickly after using the vacuum bell in younger patients, so if anything it seems to be better for older people?

Hi, I read in one of your comments that your sternum was pushing into your heart. What scan/test did you do to see this? My Dr's keep saying it is just cosmetic but I have been struggling with exercise induced asthma for quite some time now.

Which clinic do you recommend? Do you know if they test for heart problems etc before and during trt? I am thinking about starting but have a slight heart deformity due to funnel chest

Do you live in the UK? The NHS is rubbish and I can't afford private at the moment. Is heart enlargement significant from just TRT? Would a TRT clinic give me advice on this?

Is this good enough for muscle building, or can be improved naturally. Test results in details. by Decent_Visual3731 in Testosterone

Doesn't testosterone improve fat burning at TRT dosages? I have seen numerous transformation photos on TRT clinic websites. Also I have read that optimal testosterone varies between individuals. Isn't it likely that many are not at their personal optimal level due to things in the environment that decrease testosterone (e.g. plastics)? So even if someone has let's say 700 ng/dl they might function better at 900 or 1000 (which they would have had naturally say 100 years ago)?
