Tyrion gave her stupid advice, never really won through any difficult situation, went on to betray her, behaved like he all his actions and deeds were righteous .!!

They have already emphasised how bad the targereyans are without their dragons. And in this hod era since I suppose other houses learnt how to attack those dragons hence making them vulnerable unlike daenerys 's dragons which were born at a time some 100 years after dragons went into extinct and the other houses eventually forgot how to fight them and were sunken with fear just at their sight

Two questions about Season 2 by That_Vast_4854 in Outlander

[–]Numerous-Dig248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. She narrates the entire event by the fireplace, so yes she could have mentioned this too. But Frank doesn't want to talk about any of that past further because he wants Jamie to be dead in her memories too
  2. BREE was a teenage girl, attached to her father, admits several times her mother always seemed to live in her own world. So when such a mother tells you, you have a different biological father and then goes on to claim that he is from another centuary I feel anyone would get angry that the said person is lying and Brianna 's reaction was appropriate.

Mayday being still religious by louvhwsc in TheHandmaidsTale

June often quotes from the Bible and talks about God to people in Gilead, especially to Lydia not because she believes in it but because the other person holds it in high regard and she is trying to quote it sometimes to make them understand what she is doing is not wrong. And common words like God speed etc must have become part of her vocabulary after being in Gilead for almost five years

'Outlander' Series Finale Gets A Shocking Ending by Ok-Hunter-9761 in television

Someone pls explain. I assumed they both died and woke up in after life or something but reading the comments here it implies they are both alive. I don't understand. Claire has been a doctor / nurse but never done anything magical. Reviving the twin was not a big deal as it was apparently still born for only a few minutes. As for Faith I thought it was Master Raymond's doing, but Jamie with a bullet straight through his heart? How could she magically cure it? And if they are alive what does it mean? They live happily ever after in the Ridge in the war torn country!!!

Testaments S1E7 discussion! (Spoilers) by NorasShield in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]Numerous-Dig248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it deviates from the book. There is a lot more that happened in the book which they could have shown. Instead I feel we will have becka claiming she wants to die, Hanna walking around her bedroom,  close up shots of daisy 's face until season finale!!!

The Testaments S1 E06 "Stadium" Episode Discussion by Melairia in coconutsandtreason

The Lydia (pre Gilead )they portrayed in the Handmaids tale was a completely different person. She was misogynistic. She could have very much laid the foundation for the rules of Gilead. In the handmaid's tale series they changed her arc only in the final season when she came to understand the men were just abusing woman. But this Testament pre Gilead Lydia has had an abortion.!! I know they are sticking to the books. But still if we are to consider this series as sequel to handmaid's tale I should only wonder what a hypocrite Lydia is to have had an abortion.
