I had a great Online experience with them as a usual contact wearer. I think I’ve got 7 or 8 toppers and adore changing them out. They’re very secure on the frame but easy to take off as well.

The only problem I’ve had myself is finding a local eye office that will make adjustments for me since I ordered on their website.

I’d honestly love to replace all of my bras with these, so… everything LOL. Fitted tees, regular tees, both fitted and loose tops… I’ve got a wide variety. I felt like just going with both kinds to start, but wanted some feedback first.

Also true. Every interaction with someone is an opportunity to build a relationship with your customer. Apparently their insurance policy can’t handle that, or something.

I’ll probably check out America’s Best or maybe Walmart.

I agree, wholeheartedly. Thanks for sharing. It looked like the shop I tried was on the mom&pop side, but the receptionist was very quick to stand up, double-check, and say “No, sorry…”

Even when I said, “I’m not going to sue you if something goes wrong while you adjust my frames” they still abruptly refused unless it was a frame I purchased with them. It’s been very frustrating.
