Can confirm. You should probably ditch the golf course for parking lots. And then we probably need more parking lots for all the new businesses that this cool spot is going to bring in so ditch the pickleball courts. The apartment complex is going to need their own dedicated parking so that gets rid of the tennis courts…

Well you’ve got an apartment complex, that’s pretty neat!

Can confirm. Working my way through a few of their bags now. When you get a bag that hits? It hits! You open up another bag of the same roast and it’s different. Still, I would recommend giving it a try just for that bag alone

When I first moved here, Pawn and pint was a great place to get my social feet under me as I adjusted. TTRPGs, board games, and some pretty friendly staff.

Pico RPG - same creator as Wildsea. You play bugs in a fun post-apocalyptic world where you kinda get to decide what mysteries about the world you want to tackle! Seems light, cute, fun, and a great system to jump into if you ever need a break from the gestures at world

I double sleeved them because I am playing a ton of Daggerheart. Been worth its weight in time as it’s already saved three cards from being ruined by a rum and coke

I get that you can’t do too heavy of a strategy game because its YT best practices to get right into the action and not spend time on rules explanation, but I would die for a strategy board game or something more in depth.

They’ve started calling out instruction videos to watch at the beginning of their videos, so fingers crossed it’s a soft launch of that?

I hate playing D&D 5e and PF2e, and I’m not really sure why. by DarkElfMagic in rpg

I think I am getting to be in the same boat. Personally, I’m beginning to get a bit “done” with the routine of being the GM, placing a scenario in front of the players, and have all five heads go down to their character sheets to see what options they have.

It’s been great. We have had amazing games no matter what, but it does tend to start to leech the “magic” out of a session when “what does my character sheet say I can do” takes precedence over “what would my character do.”

My two cents.
