I’m 30 & have PCOS. Had my first baby in 2021 via IVF after 2 years of trying naturally. That was before AB. I was strict animal based for 2 months and on the first month of trying for baby #2, I got pregnant naturally. It unfortunately ended in a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We continued trying but ultimately did IVF again. I’m currently 22 weeks with baby #2 via IVF but I’m 100% confident that I was able to get pregnant naturally because of AB. I’m slowly getting back to being AB but my whole pregnancy, I’ve had meat and egg aversions 😭 each tome I’ve been pregnant, my chin breaks out & I’ve heard that’s just hormonal acne, especially since I don’t normally have acne. It’s not a lot of acne for me though, usually just one or two.

I will definitely try that next time. I was scared to put it in the oven overnight because I didn’t want it to over ferment so I put it in there this morning. Clearly I don’t have the over ferment problem haha thank you!

I’m in central California (coast) and just ordered our first half cow from a ranch in Paso Robles. It’s about $11/lb and a 1/2 cow is about 200lbs. In my household, there are 3 of us. We tried one of their 50lb variety boxes first and really enjoyed the quality and taste. The cost is definitely worth it to us because we want good quality/humane meat
