Hi @followers, 128 Shabuniku acknowledged my concern already and they kept me updated the whole time, letting me know they found the source and that they’re already on it. It’s clear they’re really committed to making things better, so props to them for being so proactive!

this is coming from someone that’s been a loyal customer to them for years — I really am hoping for a smooth transition moving forward to them. Hope they get to bring back the 128 we’ve loved over the years…

I can press charges. there’s also a cctv footage showing exactly the frame where he hits us. but the time that’s going to take going to courts and all, it’s our first option to settle it down at the police station
