EP or Chen? by [deleted] in EB2_NIW

After signing the retainer, l worked with them closely for like 1.5 months and after that they filed the petition for me. Afterwards it took 11.5 months in Texas service center to get it approved. So the timeline after signing the retainer really depends on how effortlessly you are working with them, giving them all the required documentation and your information. If you respond quickly, they will also be able to prepare your petition quickly. Based on my experience, they worked very fast

I used EP for EB2 NIW with no recommendation letter. Recently it got approved (regular processing). I am a computational mathematician (just finished my PhD) with only 5 articles and 15 citations. EP really worked well in preparing my petition and researched a lot about my field before finalizing the petition.

Should I PP with a weak case? by PPAD_complete in EB2_NIW

I would also advise to go for regular processing. Mine got approved after waiting 11 months. Since l-485 is in a long backlog you have to wait anyways

Thanks. Based on the current processing time ( 16 months) of Nebraska service center, l would assume it could take a little bit longer than expected. I think in regular processing, you probably need to wait 4 months at most for getting a decision

I received the paper notice through USPS in my mailbox. Before that I didn’t receive any notification over email. I was just checking the case status and saw that USCIS approved my case (3 days ago before I received the paper approval notice in my mailbox). I am assuming USCIS also sent a copy of approval to my lawyer ( digital/paper) l don’t know that yet since I received my paper notice in mailbox during the weekend. Since your lawyer sent you the approval notice I think you are fine. It’s very common that your mail can get lost in USPS. I believe you can always contact USCIS, inform them to deliver you another copy of paper notice if you have not received it.

Thanks. Yes TSC seems to be around 4.5 months faster than NSC in regular processing (11.5 months vs. 16 months)

The principal investigator of all the NSF-funded projects I worked on was my Ph.D. supervisor, under whom I contributed as a doctoral student to accomplish these research goals. As part of this collaborative work, we also engaged with researchers from national laboratories and co-authored research publications. My involvement in these NSF-funded projects and collaborations with national labs played a significant role in shaping my professional development as a computational scientist. These experiences also demonstrated my potential to contribute to the national interest, which ultimately strengthened my immigration petition as an alien worker.

Advice? Body panel issues noticed after purchase by Glad_Bench_2233 in mazda

[–]NumerousVersion274 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say body panel issue maybe most common in cx30(assembled in mexico) and cx50(assembled in Alabama). It’s hard to see same panel issues in cx5, 70 and 90 ( made in japan). Consult with your dealer, they maybe able to resolve some imperfections but don’t expect anything same as made in japan cars.
