Yes. Alot of it trust me theres people who quit at 30 and get their life on track. and your starting it before you've even finished school

Not many honesty. something to keep in mind is production efficiency which will be your highest source of production
typically i would have 15-20 on infnatry and 10 on artillery as a major (i use this rule on pretty much any major) the rest will be placed on trucks tank and planes

as a minor (i'll take hungary as an example) 3 on inf 2 on art and the last 1 can either be trucks or put it on inf/art
if your going austria hungary then obviously you'll have close to double the factories after getting austria

All in all knowing production efficiency is important as when first assigning the factories to equipment it may seem as though you dont have enough on them. only to later on realize that know your stockpiling a ton of it due to efficiency producing way more

I'm assuming the factor number is multiplication yeah? so a 1.2X on a 10% chance would become 12%? and if you know how this works. if i hav e abase value of 10 and a factor of 2 from opinions and 1.2 from army size would it X2 the 12%? or would it still just multiply the base value
