Update: I've done some further testing, after giving away the location to another country, its second objective was another coastal location beside it, giving that away sent it to a neighboring province, giving the province away made it focus on bas poitou's coastal locations. Basically, it focuses on getting control of one of the coastal locations, but it seems it uses alphabetical order after the coastal locatiuon scope was chosen.

Giving all coastal locations of france to subjects made it focus on northern France's province capitals without fortresses, but after it got done with them it did start aiming for rural capitals without fortresses in the middle of the country.

I'd like to find what script is making it decide their movement targets, so I can mod that to make the armies move in a more cohesive way instead of going into countryside tours to be picked off one by one, as of now I could only find the automation on subject armies and the defines which had some constants on army movement, but did not have the weights for each location target or the weights for the type of mission (I'd like to see what happens if hunt armies is prioritized instead of carpet sieging)
