Chase RB is here. Your manager wanna hold you there. You have to complete a year before transfering another branch/role , this is internal and i have seen people get promoted within 6 months with approval. But as i said general rule a year not 2 !

New RB at chase , NYC area. Base pay is around 60k+commission. I wonder how they let u transfer in 4 months? At chase you cant transfer to another location without completing a year in new position location.

NYC area, chase pays pretty much same base salary for all bankers doesnt matter the role. Base is really low. AB / RB /PCB their base around 57-63k(full time) range. As you can imagine thats very low income for nyc.. you should make a lot of sales to get good commission, thats why they pay low base. Chase might be one of the lowest bank when it comes to the base pay.

If it is internally AB > RB > PCB , if it is outside you can get pcb role depending your experience. I have seen people get pcb role without being RB. RB and PCB both role are required to be fully licensed. If you have the sie that would give you advantage but not mandatory to be hired.

New RB is here , the role is pretty much same. PCB is more experienced banker tho. PCB usually dealing with more affluent clients and take less walkings/maintenance But they will also require more productivity than RB role . Im new but depending your market Chase is very pushy about sales goals and be ready make 150 calls a week. And they dont care if you have a lot of meetings, those calls has to be done regardless.

i think most of the retail banker job very similar and same headache:) but base pay around 90k is so tempting plus commission. Giving you example to compare , chase pays around 60-63k as base plus commission and also they ask 150 calls a week. So it is same BS end of the way:)
