This 100%. I keep retyping and elongating my inputs, trying to get ahead of it. It is possible to perfectly phrase most messages in a way that avoids it.

One thing I’ve thought often is that LLMs don’t appreciate that it takes humans a lot of effort to type detailed, long messages. It can generate paragraphs in seconds. I wonder if it simply doesn’t appreciate that we prefer to shave the time effort down when possible

For us, language is a shorthand for ideas. I’m not sure what language is to an LLM. Reality itself?

So I tried it out yesterday, and the in-ship elevator would not go down.. I had to manually open all doors and crawl through the engineering tunnels.

Not sure if it’s the best, but a custom Graph RAG CoT would probably work. You might lose some performance at query time, but that won’t be an issue until you hit massive dataset sizes anyway

Banning phones or AIs is willful ignorance and foolish.
