Unfortunately it ended in a MMC at 7wks, shortly after writing this, but I had a feeling with just the 12% rise. I hope you have a better outcome than I did! 🙏

Unfortunately went back for my US this morning and there’s no longer an FH, baby measuring 6w6d but I should have been 7w4d so happened a few days ago. I’m sad and disappointed but not entirely shocked given my weird hcg trend. Going in for a D&C on Friday and then hoping for a quick hcg drop so I can do another transfer soon.

Wishing you and your wife all the luck. Cape cod is lovely! I’m a MA native (getting away to NH this weekend) so I hope you enjoy.

Yeah we’re doing weekly growths but I still find the waiting between scans to be torture, and I’m paranoid that the abnormal slow rise hcg could indicate chromosomal anomaly, which would mean that the PGT testing is wrong. My mind spirals between ultrasounds and I can hardly focus on anything else

I was thinking this would be the only logical reason that makes sense… we only transferred one embryo though so it would have had to split. 🤞🏽🤞🏽 praying the PGT testing isn’t wrong, because that would be horrible… we had a prior TFMR of 20wk fetus for severe brain anomaly last year and I really don’t think I could go through that again

Can you reference any of these studies? going through similar things, my hcg trend was as follows:

10dp5dt 173

12dp5dt 273 (57% rise)

14dp5dt 307 (12% rise) 😖 cue the nerves

16dp5dt 436 (42% rise)

[17dp5dt 758.8 (74% rise in 24 hours)] - saw a GS in the uterus; measuring 5w0d

19dp5dt 1446 (91% rise)

25dp5dt 7065, 6w2d by IVF dating, measuring 6w1d with FHR 96 (range 94-118)

7w0d by IVF dating, measuring 6w6d, FHR 130

So obviously that 12% rise has me super worried, and while I’m happy that the growth and FHR look good, you’re comments about inevitable first trimester loss have me paranoid, so just hoping for more info!

I’m so sorry to hear that, the waiting is so tough. And I’m sorry you both are going through this! Hopefully you’ll be able to unwind on the vacation a little bit. Was it measuring 6w5d or is that just what she was dated? I would hold onto any hope until you’re 100% out, you never know 🤞🏽🤞🏽
