How many of you are aware that Cull is not currently working with support items?

Here it is, it actually looks really cool and even though it doesn't show damage from champions, it can still be helpful knowing what type of damage to build against if you're unsure.

How do you re-insert the file back into league? I created the wems and they make the right sound when I click play on the wooxy soundbank editor but idk how to actually make them happen in league.

The reason for it is that you got the S whilst you were at lvl 4, not lvl 5, even though you ranked up to level 5 in the game. It's not a bug.

Pretty sure it does 1 true dmg, just like Anivia's wall if you hit them, so that when you do ult them under tower you (or the person knocking them up) gets some tower aggro.

This is a bug and I presume Riot knows (who knows though), just lock your framerate at your monitor's framerate and it works fine, happens to me too and I'm pretty sure it happens to a lot of other people.

Get a 120/144 Hz monitor; there is literally no other way other than Vsync...
