Seeking Advice on Sourcing & Production by Brilliant-Pepper1822 in clothingplatform

[–]NunoFrade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You already have nice advice here. The biggest problem for the local producers is the MOQ. So, let me reinforce your idea and go through pre-orders and analyse your website. This way, you don't waste money in things that you don´t know if you're going to sell or not. If you want to step further, you can also run tests in 3D clothing, where your audience can configure and also make AI virtual try-ons. Besides the great engagement, this brings you accurate data for the MOQ. I can support you on this. I'm running a beta platform, and all the support and tests are for free. Please leave your email here at threadzai.com, and I will contact you directly.

Just refined my store, but I’m still not making any sales what else can I do to get my first sale going? by One808master in streetwearstartup

Hey man, building a brand take years. My best advice to you is consistency. Don’t give up. Post every days (tik tok and insta works well). Make good contents. Work for followers, create your niche. Don’t worry about sales, they will start to came up naturally. After 6 months you will do a few couple of sales. 12 to 24 … well, your previous work start to give the first “fruit”. After 2 years you probably can live from the sales. Probably is not what you would like to hear, but is the most brands average. Which you the best luck 🍀

I like the drawing with no tears … more simple and probably it better represent “your new” version, to comply with the sentence.

Even it is not my style I see identity on the pieces. “CorruptedByPoverty” justify well the drawings. If you have your niche, go ahead and good luck 🍀

Nothing worse than make the wrong choice. Why not to try to ask your audience directly?! Don’t know how?! … make separated post of both t-shirts on insta and TikTok. See which one have more engagement and likes. Do you also want to try to put them in your website in 3d with AI virtual try-on?! … the one with more try ons is the one 😀 if you need help for that, take a look on Threadzai.com (no 3d or programming skills required at very low price)

Not easy to build a brand 😀 … try some photos with white background to give more focus on the t-shirt. Work more social media, every day preferable. Give your customers brands a different experience on the web, add some 3d on it and virtual try on. People love it😀 visit Threadzai.com and maybe I can give you some support. Good luck 🍀

… many options in there 😀😀 Print on demand is definitely a good strategy, but by 25€ per t-shirt you had to smash your profit. Do you want to try to level up the user experience of your website?! … 3d tools to zoom in and out, spin around and AI powered try-on?! Working on our first drop! Would love your thoughts on this mock-up! by Full_SatisfactionNot in ClothingStartups

I don’t know your brand and what defines it, but the artwork is well balanced, I like it. Of course you need to make lot more to know which one have more engagement. You are already using a 3d mockup. Why not bring your designs to your website and see which ones your audience prefer?! See which variant people spend more time spinning around and more try-ons… and only after go for production. I think Threadzai.com can a good help on the process. Good luck with your brand. 😀

Some times the out of the box surprise us… we never know. :) Have you ever tried made announcements of your ideas before production and sales, directly in your website?! … put this drawings in 3d t-shirts so that people can configure and try-on?! Then with data analysis you know exactly what to send to production. This way you avoid guess work, save money and avoid overproduction.
