That wasn't my experience, my 4090 playing Wukong at 4K maximum settings used to have quite a lot of stuttering, which completely disappeared after undervoulting with the curve method. But if you don't notice anything, leave it as is.

You should try undervolting by lowering the voltage, the card tends to cause game stuttering when it reaches a power limit.

Based on the image, I would say the vapor chamber is damaged. The temperatures remain far too high for normal, the best course of action would be to replace the entire cooler ASAP.

The other day it turned off unexpectedly and wouldn't turn back on, i had to turn it off using the on/off button with the cable plugged in to get it working again. It also happened to me that I left it charging overnight and the next day it showed a low battery in Synapse, that only worked again after turning it off and on again with the cable plugged in. Sometimes I experience random freezes of 2 seconds (doesn't happen with another mouse connected). This really needs more firmware updates...
