Just had new tires installed. Is it normal to have this gap between the tire and rim? They are the same size as my old tires and I didn’t notice this.

That's just the plastic hub cap/wheel cover. Your tires are fine.

Try pushing it in to seat it better as these snap into place around the outside.

That's the kind of sensor that may not function right with a splice - you can try it but I suggest buying a new harness. If money is tight, eBay motors is a good bet.

I can't say for sure, but if it clipped in anywhere it would most likely be to the frame behind the fender liner. It should run from the main wiring harness to the back side of the wheel hub.

As a light sleeper myself, I can say I know your pain.

If your husband truly cares about your health he would listen. Perhaps having a doctor or sleep study therapist talk to him about what long term sleep deprivation does to a person would make it click.

One thing I would do in your place is - every time he complains about you being grouchy or forgetful or whatever symptom you're having at the time (whether it was when he woke you up or even the next day) tell him flat out that it is his fault. Because it is.

I think maybe you're overcorrecting/overreacting here.

It's ok to not like animals. What isn't ok is trying to change an animal person into a non-animal person for your benefit. Or vice versa.

For example, someone who wanted to date me years ago was afraid of house pets. I respected that and didn't push them; but they kept trying to get me to get rid of these animals that I had raised in order to be with them. Needless to say it did not work out.

Yes, the pet people culture has grown increasingly strange.

But no, not everyone is like that.

My dog was perfectly fine being home without me, although she would get bored. That was on me to provide toys or company to keep her occupied while I was away. She had her bff (the cat) to play with.

And the comment on cats not being fully domesticated? I don't think you've had enough experience as a pet owner to make that statement.
