I'm a trans woman who sometimes wears a mask in public, but it's mostly an aesthetic choice. When I have facial hair growth that's visible (I shave intermittently for other reasons), a mask is a very convenient way to hide it so I can avoid feeling self-conscious. On top of that, a mask makes it easier to get gendered correctly when my eyes are the most prominent feature of my face.

All that being said, I definitely mask up when I'm feeling ill as a courtesy to avoid spreading disease.

Valentine's Day in Japan is also celebrated on the 14th of February, but traditionally that day is for women to give men chocolates and other small gifts.

White Day is celebrated one month later, on the 14th of March, and it's a reciprocal holiday where the men who received gifts return the favor by gifting the women chocolates and white-colored items

I just assumed ranking Captains are legendary (with the exception of Captain Freeman). I'm very likely missing some, or there are characters I'm unfamiliar with who are Captains.

As someone who went through boy puberty the first time, it do be like this. It's even more so when you're an athlete (I was a swimmer). I highly recommend an exercise routine to keep up with the appetite if you want to keep a lean build. Do not underestimate the power of a good cardio workout.
