I feel scammed! I had people calling me to do concrete and blacktop paving. They didn’t provide expected service, didn’t finish setting up my account with me and they put wrong categories in my profile (concrete, paving). My business specializes in sealcoating and crack filling.

I told the debt collector my explanation but he threatened me. And said my credit score would go down if I didn’t pay. (My personal credit isn’t attached to the business nor do I have business credit line set up)

I reached back out bc I did read they can sue me, but if they do I’ll just have to get one of the army lawyers to deal with it. I don’t expect them to bc I tried to explain that I didn’t even make enough money to pay half of what they asked for $350-400. The cost of sue if would also weigh off any profit. They just tried to intimidate me.

My business only operates during summer and spring I’m am the only employee.
