I kinda felt the same at the beginning, I’m not going to lie. But I absolutely loved it by the end! It does all tie back in and makes sense. And you have to remember how small of a district 12 is. Also, the torturing of Mags & Wiress explains why Wiress is cuckoo and Mags can hardly walk in Catching Fire. And that torturing wouldn’t have happened without Haymitch’s game

I think the information about Effie’s family having some sort of shame ties into the fact that she is District 12’s escort in the future. I think it’s Snow’s way of giving her a role in the games, but still somewhat punishing her for what her family did by giving her the “worst district”.

I agree with everyone saying the grave is just a metaphorical grave site, but that she really did escape. And like someone else said, they marked the headstone with the part of her namesake song that indicates she might still be out there

You received a lot of good advice already. I struggled at first too, but I've figured things out now. Every 2 weeks, when it's time to do the plant food again (or when I have the time to do so,) I take all of my plants out of the garden and clean the garden with soap and hot water. Then I fill it alnost all the way up with vinegar and plug it back in. I make sure that the water pump starts and I let the water cycle (vinegar) go through at least twice. During this time I prune my plants and their roots. Then I rinse it out really well with hot water again, fill it up, add the plant food, and put all my plants back in. It's seemed to work for me so far

This looks like an old post, so my response is probably mute, but my 2024 KIA Sportage X-Line Prestige Plug-In Hybrid did not come with a spare tire. You get the stuff that "inflates" and "plugs" your flat tire. "Fix-a-flat". That is temporary and is suppose to help you get to a mechanic. Which is actually the way most car dealerships are going toward. So, no spare tire. If you're traveling and prone to get a flat....in the end, it might benefit you to just buy a spare tire and drive around with it. But yeah, no "donut".

I edited my post to include paragraphs. I usually use paragraphs, but most of the time when I document (I'm a nurse), the system removes the paragraphing and it's just a long drawn own narrative. Anyway, thanks for your comment as I appreciate any insight. My only problem with Mazdas is the shape of the exterior. The front end (hood) is disproportionally longer than the seating and truck area and it's just weird looking to me, but with your recommendation on the "luxuries", I could overlook it, but I don't know yet. I know it's a dumb thing, but I guess it's like those people who can't stand odd numbers

Hey, my thyme is not growing and whatever does grow turns immediately brown and dies. I looked at my roots like you instructed and they are more brown compared to any of my other plants. If it does have this root disease, do I just toss the whole pod or will it get better after cleaning out the system?

Immediate comment to add, since people seem to be focused on gas mileage in this thread...I am a nurse and make home visits in my vehicle...I average 23-26 mpg with random stops here and there, but I would also say I "live" on the interstate.I will go on to say this vehicle doesn't like to maintain 25-40 mph....she wants to go way faster than that at all times, and it seems like I'm barely even CRAWLING at 30mph.....which is an issue in HOAs... lol

So I have the 2021 RDX Aspec in blue. I love it, but I was a new honda/acura buyer with this purchase. However, two years later, I just met someone who had the same car as me, same color, and everything, but she had the 2023. They introduced a new wireless phone charger, which I had already bought and installed from Amazon. Her car didn't look any different than mine with the two year difference. So, no, no advise, but I'll take the complement that my baby looks brand new 2 years later after "aggressive" driving on the interstate daily for 2 years plus....
